Do I own the rights to my logo?

Yes. When you buy a logo from Anymark, you can use it for both personal and commercial projects, and you have full rights to use that final logo wherever you need. Those rights apply to your logo as a finished design, not to every single part inside it. We license icons and fonts from a variety of designers, and your logo is non-exclusive: the same icons, fonts, and design elements may be used by other Anymark customers, and we don't remove them from our standard library after your purchase (unless you buy a Premium Logo). Identical or similar logos may be selected by other customers over time. Please use your purchase receipt as proof that your logo was created with Anymark if ever needed. We don't provide formal legal documents or guarantees for copyright or trademark disputes. If you're just starting out, it usually makes more sense to focus on launching and testing your idea rather than worrying about trademarks right away. If your product gains traction, you can always work with a designer later to refine the logo and talk to a trademark professional. Want a truly unique logo or planning to register a trademark? Consider our Premium Logos. These exclusive designs are removed from our library immediately after purchase, and their icons have never been sold through Anymark before and won't be available again. Exclusivity is one factor that supports a trademark application, but trademark registrability depends on many factors — including distinctiveness, your industry, and existing marks — so we can't guarantee approval, and you should consult a trademark attorney before filing.

Are these logos unique?

Even with many users on the platform, there are a few reasons your logo will still feel distinctive: Many combinations. We use a large library of icons, paired with a wide variety of fonts and colors. Think of it like fashion — two people might wear the same T-shirt, but with different pants, shoes, and overall style, the look ends up totally different. Low industry overlap. Even if two customers pick the same icon (say, a carrot), one might use it for a kids' recipe app while another uses it for a platform connecting digital nomads with farms. Different audiences, different contexts — the visual rarely creates real confusion in the market. Growing supply. We're constantly adding new icons and styles. The variety keeps increasing over time. That said, our standard logos are non-exclusive. The same or similar logos may be selected by other Anymark customers, and we don't remove standard icons from the library after purchase. If you need guaranteed uniqueness, you'll want a Premium Logo. Want a truly unique logo? If you'd like a one-of-a-kind logo and are considering registering a trademark, choose one of our Premium logos. Their icons are sold only once. Once purchased, the icon is removed from Anymark, giving you true exclusivity.

How does the Brand System plan work?

After payment, you'll receive a short questionnaire to provide your company name, description, and if available, your website or presentation. Once you submit this information, the 24-hour turnaround begins. A professional designer will use Anymark to review about 100 logo options, select the three strongest logo concepts, adjust them if needed, and send them to you within 24 hours along with complete Brand Kits for all. If needed, you can request one revision, such as switching the icon, font, spacing, or colors.

How can I get a refund?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just email us at hi@anymark.co within 14 days, and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. A couple of small exceptions: Premium Logos are excluded from this guarantee because the icon is permanently removed from our catalog at purchase and we can't restore it. We may decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud or repeated refund requests from the same account. If you're an EU/EEA or UK consumer, you also have statutory withdrawal rights as described in our Terms.

Can I add a tagline to my logo?

We don't offer tagline customization by default, and there's a reason. In our research of 2,000+ leading tech companies, we found that the vast majority don't include taglines in their logos. Why? Because clean, focused logos tend to perform better across products, ads, and small screens. That said, if you still want a tagline added, we've got you. Just email us at hi@anymark.co with your request, and we'll manually add your tagline to your selected logo file.

I already have a logo. Can you create a brand kit for me?

Yes. If you already have a logo you love, we can build a full brand kit around it, with all the brand assets matched to your existing design. Email us at hi@anymark.co with your logo, or message us, and we'll take it from there.
